In Tamil Nadu, A Chunk Of Medical Colleges May Lose National Recognition

Around 40 per cent of the state-run medical colleges in Tamil Nadu run the risk of losing the National Medical Commission's recognition due to a shortage in the number of professors and assistant professors, said sources in the Tamil Nadu Government Doctors Association (TNGDA).
The issue may not be restricted to Tamil Nadu, NDTV has found.
