President Donald Trump was photographed at a ceremony with discolored skin on his neck. Is it a shingles rash? The doctor said it is due to a cream.
President Donald Trump appears to have some sort of rash on his neck.
Photographs taken during a Medal of Honor ceremony on March 2 show discolored skin behind his right ear.
“President Trump is using a very common cream on the right side of his neck, which is a preventative skin treatment,” Dr. Sean Barbabella said in the statement provided to USA TODAY. “The President is using the treatment for one week, and the redness is expected to last for a few weeks.”
Trump and former President Joe Biden are the oldest presidents to hold office, and both have been under scrutiny for their health.
