
Illegal migrant accused of snatching young girl had been set loose by Feds

A Guatemalan illegal immigrant who is now charged with kidnapping and the sexual assault of a young girl had been released at the border into the U.S. on an order of recognizance.
Detectives learned that he arrived in January after crossing into the U.S. via Mexico and turned himself into Border Patrol.
