If Congressional Republicans abandon pro-life voters, pro-life voters will abandon GOP. Too many pro-life leaders want to leave abortion solely up to states.

For the entire political career of every current officeholder, Roe v. Wade – an unconscionable edict from the U.S. Supreme Court – had imposed a nationwide abortion policy so radical – abortion on demand for any reason throughout pregnancy – that only a handful of nations like China and North Korea shared it. The courts effectively blocked elected lawmakers from implementing any significant protections for unborn children.
