A 19-year-old Guatemalan national was arrested on Jan. 30 for aggravated rape of a child 10 years younger than him, ICE Boston said. He had been in the community after a local court released him.
He was arraigned on the felony charges in Lawrence District Court on Dec. 20, 2024.
