Fatou Bensouda says there is basis to believe ‘the crime against humanity of murder’ committed in Duterte’s drug war.
The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has sought authorisation to open a full investigation into the drug war killings in the Philippines in which thousands of people are thought to have died.
