Doha, Qatar: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced changes to the operating hours of a number of services during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

All emergency and inpatient services across HMC’s network of hospitals, including Pediatric Emergency Centers, will continue to operate as normal, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Access to services delivered through the National Healthcare Helpline can be made by calling 16000, selecting the preferred language, and then choosing the relevant option according to the service required.

Nesma’ak Customer Service

The Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline (16060) will continue to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
