Heather Rae El Moussa hits back at an Instagram follower who told her that the dress she wore in a Christmas photo with husband Tarek was "inappropriate" for a mother.
On Christmas Eve, El Moussa shared a series of photos of herself with Tarek, Tristan and Brayden, as well as a number of other people at what appeared to be a holiday party.
