Not only does the winner of the grand prize get a new, professionally decorated home with all of the furnishings and appliances, they also get a new car.
The grand prize is valued at $948,622 and those who choose to take the cash option will receive $650,000 plus the car and furnishings.
Josh Corbett and Bryan Cooper from Pure Country Sudbury drew the prize winners' names from the big drum live from the Minnow Lake house located at 27 Noah Court at 2 p.m. Feb. 7.
Around 125,000 tickets were sold this year with a total of 10 prizes up for grabs.
The winner of the second prize of $5,000 cash and a $5,000 gift card for Your Independent Grocers (YIG) is Jackie Lalonde of Sturgeon Falls with ticket # 204237.
