CHENNAI: N. Jagadeesan piled on 165 (147b, 17x4, 4x6) and pacer C.V. Achyuth picked up six for 31 as Tamil Nadu outplayed Jammu & Kashmir by 191 runs in Group-D in the fourth round of the Vijay Hazare Trophy at the Dr. PVG Raju ACA Sports Complex in Vizianagaram on Saturday.

Skipper Sai Kishore felt that the team had been gaining confidence and shaping up well.
“Overall, good performance. Jaggi (Jagadeesan) batted out of his skin. Indrajith also batted really well. I feel everybody is coming into form at the right time. Everybody is in good shape. Achyuth got a lot of wickets today, but I felt the bowling was good overall. So, overall, the team is shaping up really well,” he said over the phone.
