Harvey Weinstein to Be Extradited to Los Angeles to Face Rape Charges

The decision, by an Erie County judge, ends months of delays by Mr. Weinstein’s lawyers.
Harvey Weinstein can be transferred to California, where he made his name as a movie producer and where he now faces rape and sexual assault charges, a New York judge ruled on Tuesday. Mr. Weinstein called into court remotely from the Wende Correctional Facility, the prison in Erie County where he is being held, wearing a maroon shirt, a face mask at times dangling from his right ear.More Related News
