A shopkeeper at Banjara Market in Gurugram was reportedly attacked by a group of local men after he refused to give them the 'protection money'.
Gurugram police arrested a 41-year-old man in Wazirabad for allegedly attacking a shopkeeper at Banjara market after he refused to give 'protection money'. The victim was attacked with iron rods by a group of local men after he reportedly refused to give the money to the goons.
According to a report published in the Times of India (TOI), the accused has been identified as Satish from Wazirabad. Police have registered a case against him and 15 others for allegedly threatening, assaulting and extorting money from the victim.
