Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) shut down the highway around 9 a.m. Saturday.
Police say a driver had a medical incident and was driving very slowly, disrupting traffic.
At 11 a.m., police tweeted that the highway had reopened.
There is no update yet on the condition of the driver.
