Glenmark Life Sciences (GLS), a unit of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is gearing up for its initial public offering (IPO) and filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) last week. Earlier reports indicated that the company’s Rs 1,600 crore IPO would open for subscription in July. Sources have told to The Economic Times that Glenmark Life Sciences is aiming to launch its public issue next week.
