Gabriel Iglesias mocked cancel culture while defending his casting as Speedy Gonzales in the upcoming "Space Jam" sequel.
Iglesias took to Twitter earlier this week to defend playing the character against recent criticism that Speedy helps promote negative racial stereotypes about people of Latin heritage. "I am the voice of Speedy Gonzales in the new Space Jam," he wrote. "Does this mean they are gonna try to cancel Fluffy too? U can’t catch me cancel culture. I’m the fastest mouse in all of Mexico."More Related News
