'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston is thankful cast was 'isolated and protected' from social media during filming

Jennifer Aniston starred in "Friends" from 1994 to 2004, and now the actress admits she's glad the cast didn't have to deal with social media criticism while making the show.

"It was in the ’90s and 2000s, and we had a luxury of there not being social media or the internet, so we were so isolated and protected," she explained in a conversation with "Abbott Elementary" creator Quinta Brunson for Variety.
