Former “Big Brother” winner Mike Malin has reportedly been found guilty of felony stalking of his former co-star on the reality series.
He reportedly withdrew his original plea and changed it to a plea of no contest, therefore waiving his right to a trial. Kirby won Season 2 of the CBS series and Malin went on to win Season 7 as a returning "All-star." The outlet reported that he will be required to spend three days in Los Angeles County jail, pay a total of $70 in fees and serve 30 days in a residential treatment program. In addition, he must pay $300 in restitution to the court as well as to the victim in an amount to be determined at a later hearing.More Related News
