Former Australia Test cricketer Stuart MacGill was allegedly kidnapped from his home in Sydney last month before being released an hour later.
Former Australia Test cricketer Stuart MacGill was allegedly kidnapped from his home in Sydney on April 14 and taken to another part of the city where he was beaten and threatened with a gun. However, MacGill was then before released an hour later, Australian media reported Wednesday. Australian police on Wednesday arrested four men in connection with the alleged kidnap and assault of MacGill. Media reported that MacGill was confronted by a man on a street in Sydney’s north before two other men arrived and helped force him into a car. "About 8 pm on Wednesday 14 April 2021, a 50-year-old man was allegedly confronted by a 46-year-old man (in) Cremorne," New South Wales Police said in a statement that did not identify the victim.More Related News
