Foreign officials raise alarm over lack of humanitarian aid in Gaza as Israel prepares for ground operation

The U.S. on Friday urged Israel to delay its ground operation in Gaza to allow the roughly 1.1 million residents of the northern part of the territory to flee to safety in the south.
