Lake County Schools claimed that the book "And Tango Makes Three" violates state law on teaching about sexual orientation or gender identity to kindergarten and third-graders.
Lake County Schools located in Florida told Fox News Digital on Monday that the book violates Florida law on teaching about sexual orientation or gender identity to kindergarten and third-graders. Joshua Q. Nelson is a reporter for Fox News Digital.

"We removed access to ‘And Tango Makes Three’ for our kindergarten through third-grade students in alignment with Florida HB 1557, which prohibits classroom instruction on sexual orientation or gender identity for those grade levels," Sherri Owens, the Lake County Florida communications director told Fox News Digital.
