The owner of a pet grooming franchise in Florida has been accused of abusing animals at the facility after police said that she threw cats into the wall and punched dogs as she groomed them.

Authorities, citing surveillance footage, said that Stevens was heard calling a dog a "piece of sh---." She is a native of Massachusetts and is based in Orlando, Florida.
