
Florida AG warns of fentanyl in candy packaging: 'This could be the scariest Halloween in my lifetime'

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and law enforcement agents are warning parents and kids of the spread of deadly fentanyl ahead of Halloween this year.
Moody warned the drug comes in rainbow colors and that cartels are sneaking it into the U.S. in candy packaging. Some of the 15,000 fentanyl pills seized by law enforcement (Connecticut's U.S. Attorney's Office) LA County Sheriff’s Narcotics Bureau Detectives and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) agents assigned to a task force at the Los Angeles International Airport seized approximately 12,000 suspected fentanyl pills.
