Fish ‘prasadam’ queues increased from 32 to 42

Increased queues for fish 'prasadam' distribution at Exhibition Grounds in Nampally; attendees from various states; launch by Telangana Speaker.
The number of queues for people who would be taking fish ‘prasadam’ were increased from 32 in the previous years to 42 this year. The programme will be held at the Exhibition Grounds in Nampally on Sunday (June 8).
“Arrangements were made for people from Jammu & Kashmir, Bihar, Maharashtra, Karnataka and other States to come to the city to take the ‘prasadam’,” informed Mettu Sai Kumar, Telangana Fisheries Corporation on Friday (June 6). Earlier, it was informed that 1.5 lakh fingerlings were kept ready.
The distribution would be launched by Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar. It will also be attended by Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar, D. Sridhar Babu, and Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud
