Firozabad schools to remain closed till Sept 6 due to increasing viral fever, dengue cases

As more than 32 children have died in Firozabad due to viral fever and dengue, District Magistrate has announced a closure of all schools from Class 1 to 8 till September 6, 2021.

Schools in Uttar Pradesh's Firozabad have been closed due to the death of 32 children who were suffering from viral fever and dengue. The District Magistrate, Chandra Vijay Singh, ordered the closure of all schools from Classes 1 to 8 till September 6, 2021, due to the rising number of viral fever and dengue cases. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the city on Monday. “Till now 32 children and 7 adults have died,” he said during a press conference.
