Feds identify five 'suspected individuals' in bomb threats to historically Black institutions
Fox News
The FBI has identified at least five people who the bureau believes were involved in sending bomb threats to more than two dozen historically Black colleges and universities over the past month, FBI counterterrorism division deputy assistant director James Tarasca said on a call with academia and faith-based leaders Wednesday.
None of the bomb threats were deemed credible, but they are all believed to be related, the FBI said.
The first threat came on Jan. 4, when someone called the FBI's New Orleans field office and threatened Xavier University.
