Fast-track NEP 2020 implementation, focus on skilling and employability of students: J&K LG to VCs

J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today interacted with university VCs of J&K and directed them to fast-track the implementation of NEP 2020, and focus on skilling and employability among other developmental work in academics.

J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today interacted with the vice chancellors of universities in J&K and reviewed the programmes undertaken by the varsities under the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’.

At the outset, all the VCs and college directors gave detailed presentations on the activities and programmes undertaken by their varsities and the higher education department under the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ and briefed the chair about the proposed activities to be organized in run up to the celebrations of 75th year of Independence.
