Fact Check: Viral order on DA for central govt employees is fake

What looked like a memorandum issued by the Ministry of Finance on the resumption of DA and DR from July 1 began doing the rounds on social media. India Today's Anti Fake News War Room (AFWA) has found the "memorandum" to be fake.
