Extending intervals between Covid vaccine doses could leave people vulnerable to infection by one of the variants of the virus, Dr Anthony Fauci, the medical advisor to the President of the United States, told NDTV Friday. Dr Fauci was responding to questions about the recommended intervals in the US; three weeks for the Pfizer vaccine and four for the Moderna jab. However, Dr Fauci also said extending doses might be the right call if a country were struggling with supply of vaccines.More Related News
