Euro 2020: Prince William says he is ‘sickened’ by racist abuse aimed at England players after final loss

Britain's Prince William on Monday joined the chorus of condemnation of the online racial abuse of England soccer players after the team's defeat in the Euro 2020 final.

United Kingdom's Prince William has spoken of his disgust while condemning the 'unacceptable' racist abuse that England players have been subjected to since losing the Euro 2020 final to Italy. I am sickened by the racist abuse aimed at England players after last night’s match.It is totally unacceptable that players have to endure this abhorrent behaviour.It must stop now and all those involved should be held accountable. W Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka were subjected to "disgusting" online abuse after they missed spot-kicks in a penalty shootout with Italy which settled Sunday's final which had finished as a 1-1 draw.
