Elissar Mediterranean Grill invites guests to embark on a culinary journey with the launch of its newest weekly dining experience, Flavours of the Mediterranean, every Thursday evening.

This vibrant new theme night brings together the bold and diverse tastes of the Mediterranean, offering guests an indulgent spread of regional favourites — from the sun-soaked coasts of Lebanon and Greece to the shores of Italy and Morocco. As guests dine, they’ll be serenaded by live entertainment, creating an atmosphere brimming with Mediterranean soul.

The launch also coincides with the unveiling of Elissar’s newly enhanced terrace experience. Enclosed in elegant floor-to-ceiling glass, the upgraded terrace blends the charm of outdoor dining with the comfort of a climate-controlled indoor setting — allowing guests to enjoy the magic of Mediterranean evenings all year round. Whether for an al fresco lunch, sunset dining, or post-dinner lounging under soft lights, the terrace sets the stage for intimate dinners and lively gatherings alike.
