A three vehicle crash in southwest London Tuesday morning is now being investigated as a fatal collision with police reporting that one driver has died.
Kassem Deeb, a 72-year-old man from London, passed away after being transported from the scene to hospital with critical injuries.
Police and other emergency crews said they responded to the collision near Exeter and Wonderland roads at approximately 7:45 a.m. They continue to investigate the cause but say no one else was hospitalized as a result.
Police blocked off roads in the area most of Tuesday, and while they did reopen around 2 p.m., power was not yet restored and traffic was moving slowly.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area into Tuesday afternoon.
