Drive held to clean Abu Zaluf beach

Doha: The Ministry of Municipality, represented by General Cleanliness Department organised yesterday a campaign to clean Abu Zaluf Beach in Al Ruwais area, with the participation of 35 employees of Jaidah Motors Company. During the campaign, different types of wastes dumped on the beach were collected and removed, including cans, empty plastic bags, wood and tires. The Ministry lauds community participation in campaigns to clean beaches, islands and ports, as these participations contribute to supporting efforts to maintain hygiene and to preserve the aesthetic view of the country.
