Doesn’t need ‘power’ but ‘right intentions’ to serve people, says Kejriwal

Kejriwal vowed to support the movement till the end saying that he was ready to pay any price for it.
Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said that the BJP government at Centre had curtailed the powers of Delhi government to punish him for supporting the farmers. He, however, added that one doesn’t need “power”, but “right intentions” to serve the people. Addressing “Kisan Mahapanchayat” at HUDA Ground in Sector-9 in Jind, Mr. Kejriwal said that the Union government had brought a bill in Parliament divesting Delhi Chief Minister of all powers to “punish Kejriwal for supporting the farmers’ movement”. Mr. Kejriwal said he may not have “power” but his intentions were right. “You don’t need power to serve people,” he quipped.More Related News
