Does your boss care about you? Here's what most workers say

During parts of the pandemic, American workers said they felt genuinely cared for by their bosses, according to a new survey. But those warm fuzzies soon went away.

By April 2020, only a month into the nationwide lockdown, 49% of workers felt warm and fuzzy about how they were being treated by their employers, nearly double the typical 25% who felt that way before the pandemic.
