Authorities in Goa have been asked by the Bombay HC to explain whether shortage in supply of medical oxygen continues to cause deaths of Covid-19 patients in the state.
The Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court has directed the state administration to ensure that no one enters Goa without a negative Covid-19 report dated 72 hours prior to arrival, except in cases of medical emergencies. “State Administration shall ensure that no person who does not possess a Covid negativity certificate based on a test done a maximum 72 hours before seeking entry into Goa will be permitted to enter into Goa. The only exception shall be for persons entering Goa for a medical emergency on production of proof or those who are coming in an ambulance,” the court said.More Related News
