A video of healthcare workers celebrating the birthday of a Covid-19 infected patient at a hospital in Gujarat has gone viral on social media.
A video of healthcare workers celebrating the birthday of a patient infected with Covid-19 at Surat Civil Hospital in Gujarat is doing the rounds of the internet and has gone viral on social media. Popular Mumbai photographer Viral Bhayani shared a clip of the video on his Instagram page. In the clip, several healthcare workers clapped their hands, sang and danced to Tum Jiyo Hazaro Saal song in the hospital ward to raise the spirit of the patient suffering from Covid-19. The patient also clapped and cheered for the healthcare workers who took a break from their daily schedule and put up a performance to make her smile. “Covid warriors like these doctors not only giving their services but also going the extra mile to cheer the patients like celebrating their birthday. Scene from Surat Civil Hospital,” the caption of the post reads.
