DOHA: A Laboratory Specialist at the Medical Commission Department of the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Fatima Ahmed Al Sulaiti highlighted the key services offered by the Medical Commission and the role of digital transformation in improving procedures and enhancing the experience for visitors.
Speaking about the Ministry’s smart application, Al Sulaiti explained that the platform aims to reduce the effort required from visitors while providing easier access to services.
“Before visiting the Medical Commission, users can check all the required documents through the app, ensuring they bring everything needed and simplifying the process,” she noted.
Speaking to Qatar TV recently, Al Sulaiti said that the smart application allows users to book appointments electronically, track the status of their requests, and even receive and print results online.
Fees can also be paid directly through the platform, minimizing the need for in-person visits. “Instead of waiting in long queues, visitors can manage much of the process from home,” Al Sulaiti said, emphasizing how technology has eased the burden on the public.
