Nuuk: Greenland's prime minister called Thursday for dialogue to resolve tensions over Greenland, a day after talks over the future of the Danish autonomous territory.
"Dialogue and diplomacy are the right way forward, even when the stakes are high and the pressure is palpable," Greenland Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen said in a statement on Facebook.
He hailed the fact that dialogue was now "underway" following high-level talks at the White House that failed to resolve differences on the issue.
