Kaum etwas klappt noch reibungslos in Deutschland, ob bei den Ämtern, der Post oder der Bahn – so ist das allgemeine Gefühl vieler Bürger. Zugleich irritiert die Politik mit einer Egal-Haltung zu vielen Missständen. Für die Stimmung im Land hat das böse Folgen.
