Dengue havoc in UP’s Firozabad, 32 kids die in 10 days | Ground Report

Locals say the dengue situation in Firozabad is getting worse due to the negligence of the Municipal Corporation resulting in garbage heaps, water accumulation and dirty water supplies.

Many areas in Uttar Pradesh’s Firozabad have come under the grip of dengue. Hundreds of children have been affected by the mosquito-borne viral disease. At the medical college, the children's ward is full, and now kids suffering from dengue have also been admitted to the Covid-19 isolation ward. As many as 186 children are admitted to the medical college.
