Delhi gangster Kapil Sangwan's close aide arrested by Delhi Police 

Sandeep Pehlwan alias Kala, who is known to be a close aide of gangster Kapil Sangwan, was arrested by the Delhi Police near the Mathura highway.

Delhi Police arrested a close aide of gangster Kapil Sangwan, Sandeep Pehlwan alias Kala, who is wanted in at least six cases of extortion, attempt to murder, and arms act, and was also carrying a cash reward of Rs 1 Lakh. Delhi Police has been working to kill the nexus of active gangster Kapil Sangwan who is involved in multiple murder cases and other crimes. He had jumped parole and, as per sources, fled to Dubai.
