M23 rebels have reportedly seized the town of Mushaki, Democratic Republic of the Congo, as U.N. peacekeeping forces exit the conflict-ravaged nation.
"The fighting is still going on," Sabimana Alexis, a resident, told AP. "The inhabitants are moving en masse."
