In 2020, Maharashtra Police Cyber Cell had booked HotShots, an app with links to Raj Kundra, on charges of obscenity.
Even before his arrest on Monday, businessman Raj Kundra was booked last year by the Maharashtra Police Cyber Cell for producing and creating pornographic content. A court in Mumbai has remanded Kundra, who is also the husband of actor Shilpa Shetty, to police custody till July 23. Last year, Maharashtra Police Cyber Cell had registered a case against several OTT platforms last year, including HotShots, the app developed by firm Armsprime Media, a firm Kundra owns or owned. HotShots was allegedly sold to Kundra by a UK-based firm by the name of Kenrin.More Related News
