A special magistrate court in Mumbai granted bail to Maharashtra Cabinet Minister and NCP leader Nawab Malik in a defamation case filed by BJP’s Mohit Kamboj.
At a press conference, Nawab Malik had alleged that Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal director Sameer Wankhede had let go of Kamboj's brother-in-law Rishabh Sachdeva because of the BJP leader's influence. Sachdeva was on the cruise when the NCB claimed to have busted a drugs racket on October 2.
