Crocs sues Walmart, Hobby Lobby and others for allegedly copying its popular shoe

The shoemaker filed four trademark infringement lawsuits last week in several US district courts against about 20 companies it alleges are violating its trademarks and other intellectual properties on the shoes. In one of the lawsuits, which was filed in the US District Court of Colorado against Walmart, Hobby Lobby and shoes and handbag maker Loeffler Randall, Crocs (CROX)alleges that Walmart is selling cheaper knockoffs of its $50 clogs under a variety of different names, such as "Time and Tru" and "George."
