Delhi is moving towards normalcy with the infection rate standing at 0.20 per cent and malls opening up and footfalls increasing. And despite the prevailing restrictions, Delhiites have thrown caution to the wind. As the number of cases started declining, people began stepping out. In the heart of the city's Connaught Place, people can be seen roaming about with their masks either below the nose or hanging on the chin.
