Manitoba's Court of King's Bench has granted Winnipeg police the authority to enforce an injunction to remove a blockade at the Brady landfill.
Manitoba's Court of King's Bench has granted Winnipeg police the authority to enforce an injunction to remove a blockade at the Brady landfill.
According to a court decision made Friday afternoon, police have authority to enforce the injunction as of 6 p.m. tonight.
The injunction does not limit respondents to peacefully protest near the facility, but they are not to block the roadway.
