Cougar spotted in Oak Bay, police warn

Officers were called around 6:30 a.m. after the cat was spotted near the intersection of Henderson Road and Neil Street.

Oak Bay Police Chief Ray Bernoties says officers will continue to patrol the area in search of the cougar.
