Connecticut House approves early in-person voting bill

The House of Representatives in Connecticut, one of four states that have some of the strictest voting rules in the country, has approved a bill that allows early in-person voting.
"Not for nothing are we called the ‘land of steady habits,’" said Rep. Matt Blumenthal, D-Stamford, referring to the state's often-used slogan.
