Congress leader and Rajasthan in-charge Ajay Maken Wednesday began a two-day brainstorming exercise in Jaipur during which he will individually meet party MLAs and those supporting it for feedback on the performance of the Gehlot government and other issues ahead of the state Cabinet reshuffle and political appointments. As the AICC general secretary began the exercise in the assembly building in Jaipur, Leader of Opposition Gulabchand Kataria targeted the ruling party, saying the Congress leadership requiring to hold one-on-one discussions with MLAs makes it clear the state government is not able to function well. Mr Maken will hold discussions with the MLAs over the reshuffle exercise, political appointments and the naming of district and block presidents of the party. Sources said the MLAs are meeting Mr Maken individually under district-wise slots allotted to them. The brainstorming session began with the MLAs from Jaipur.More Related News
